An initial examination will be completed prior to any grooming services rendered. If there is extreme matting, or any other major concerns present, it is at the groomers discretion to refuse services or offer a sanitary grooming service. All sanitary services are $200, and will be a day long service. This service may need to be scheduled on a future date.
